Our plumbing subcontractors, HVAC subcontractors and household maintenance professionals are paid by the job and also has the potential for long-term contract work. To be considered for an opportunity, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Applicable licensing for our technical subcontractors

• Monday through Friday part-time availability or as needed

    Job Description: Low 7 cleaners have great verbal communication skills, keep a professional appearance and pay attention to detail. This type of work includes;

    • Transporting equipment tools, and cleaning agents to a job site.
    • Carrying equipment tools and cleaning agents up and down stairs.
    • Visual assessments and reporting of property conditions.
    • Bending, stooping, and reaching.
    • Light to medium lifting.
    • Use of ladders to get in high, out of reach spaces. 
    • Submitting a signed checklist verifying each completed task.
    • Working with Low 7 managers and crew members.
    • Interacting with Low 7 clients. 

    Requirements: 

    • Vacant apartment and office cleaning experience.

    Professional Cleaners Application

    Job Description: Low 7 maintenance workers have excellent communication skills as they work closely with residential clients. Maintenance work could include working in outdoor or indoor conditions, crawl spaces, and with ladders. Work could include gutter cleaning, fixture repair, faucet replacement, and other household upkeep jobs.
